Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at rubileereloved@gmail.com or 0434410801 and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used or damaged may not be returned.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
